The monthly a fee covers all necessary expenses to operate and maintain the resort.
a fees (maintenance or condo fees) are $100/month and include:
Garbage pickup, internet services, landscaping, pool maintenance, clubhouse utilities, property management, staff, supplies, and insurance.
Property Taxes:
Property taxes in 2011 were between $999-$1225 dependant on the size and location of the lot.
Rental Pool:
We are open 365 days a year so you can enjoy your lot at any time. When you are not using your lot you can place it in a rental pool to generate revenue for yourself! All those that decide to participate in the Rental Pool will be entitled to a portion of the revenue regardless of whether or not their spot was rented out. For example, if there are 10 spots in the Rental Pool and only 8 were rented; the revenue earned will be divided between all 10 spots.
