Strata:
The monthly strata fee covers all necessary expenses to operate and maintain the resort.

All those that decide to participate in the Rental Pool will be entitled to a portion of the revenue regardless of whether or not their spot was rented out. For example, if there are 10 spots in the Rental Pool and only 8 were rented; the revenue earned will be divided between all 10 spots.
